THI^®F-312 Aluminum Alloy Cleaner

This product is specially used for cleaning aluminum alloys. It can wash away the oil stains on the surface after mechanical processing, so that the subsequent processing procedures can be carried out. The oil and dirt can be degraded quickly. It is a new type of efficient and eco-friendly cleaning products.

It is suitable for cleaning oil stains produced by machining of pure aluminum and aluminum alloy products (such as oil stains caused by cutting oil, drawing oil, hydraulic oil, stamping oil, anti-rust oil and other industrial oils).

Dilute this product to about 3%-5% of the total volume. Use the diluted solution to clean at room temperature or higher temperature (the temperature should not exceed 60℃), and it can be cleaned manually or automatically. After using for a while, the cleaning effect will be reduced due to the consumption of the cleaning agent, so the original cleaner should be replenished accordingly.
